JOB OVERVIEW

We are a leading baby gifts, baby blankets and bedding company.

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of all activities of Email marketing channel in both the US and Canada. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter, analytical, detail and deadline-oriented, and continually seek to improve upon key KPIs to drive e-commerce revenue and growth from the email channel.
•Management of day-to-day email marketing tasks including ideation, calendar updates, creative briefs, copywriting, asset coordination, template building, QA, scheduling and deployments
•End-to-end execution for both one-off and automated email campaigns, providing results and recommended actions/opportunities
•Collaborate with e-commerce, creative, brand, and digital marketing teams to ideate content creation, imagery and storytelling against product launches, go-to-market calendar, promotional initiatives, forecast goals, and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with global stakeholders to align messaging and asset/knowledge sharing between regions
•Monitor the frequency for multi-touch email campaigns and triggers. This includes prospecting, nurturing, win-back, cart abandonment, post-purchase, surveys, reviews, etc.
•Manage audience segmentation and cohort targeting to optimize campaigns through test/learn models, personalization and automation
•Provide weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reporting and actionable insights against KPIs and channel goals including revenue, message analysis, A/B test results, product performance, clicks, traffic, unsubscribes, etc. to connect email metrics to business results
•Drive Click To Open Rate growth through personalization and the implementation of A/B testing methodology leveraging dynamic content, product recommendations, design and content optimization •Support for cross-functional initiatives such as SMS/push notifications, loyalty program, mobile app, digital advertising, sweepstakes and on-site promotion •Track key engagement metrics throughout buying cycle to understand the customer journey
•Actively monitor list hygiene, mitigate churn, unsubscribes, and deliverability to insure overall list health
•Seek innovation and new technologies based on current market trends, insights and best practices to continually optimize the channel

•Other duties as assigned Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree is preferred
•1+ years Marketing experience
•1-2+ years direct experience managing an enterprise email marketing program and hands-on skillset with ESP and marketing automation tools (eg. Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bluecore, Listrak, etc.) desired
•Ability to analyze and interpret data with proficiency in web-based analytics tools (Google Analytics) and UTM tracking •Strong project management and organization skills with an eye for process improvement
•Resourceful, problem solver with an ability to deal with ambiguity and pivot when necessary
•Proficient in Excel •HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
•Photoshop experience a plus
