JOB OVERVIEW

I need a virtual assistant who can help build a team and manage virtual assistants to do following tasks:

Virtual Assistant (admin)

1. Fluent English (reading + writing)
2. Ability to do web research (collect emails/data) add to excel sheets
3. Do email outreach and send emails to people based on written templates.
4. Book flights, hotels and other tasks related to virtual assistance.
5. Schedule meetings using online calender system (notify when important meetings are scheduled)

Virtual Assistant (content)
1. Manage creating + editing video content based on existing content + upload to Youtube/FB and other social channels)
2. Good with Youtube SEO + optimization
3. Can create thumbnails for videos.
4. Can create image posts for social media.
5. Can manage social media platforms using Hootsuite for insta/fb.
6. Can take our video content, extract audio and create podcasts, and also take audio and make into videos.

Virtual Assistant (writing/blog)

1. Write fluent english articles for our site: Upgrade to see actual info based on content we give to rewrite or based on resources given to research.
2. Upload to wordpress with images and formatted based on our SEO system that will be taught to the assistant.
