Multichannel E-Commerce VA - Amazon, eBay, and Shopify

Neato Trading Co is growing and is looking for an experience Virtual Assistant that is fluent in marketplace based e-commerce.

We are multi-channel e-commerce sellers, specializing in the reverse supply chain, B2C, and B2B sales.

Our company has contracts with some of the leading online retail chains in the United States. We purchase large amounts of e-commerce returns and resell them on various marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, and eBay. We also have 5 private label brands currently selling on Amazon and eBay, and are starting to get into wholesale on those marketplaces as well. We also sell our products by the pallet and the truckload to customers around the United States.

Our ideal VA will have experience in the following:

* A full understanding of Amazon, Shopify, and eBay ecosystems.
* Expert at Seller Central and Seller Hub
* Listing, editing, and maintaining listings
* Using multichannel listing software to mirror Amazon listings to other marketplaces.
* Expert using excel and editing spreadsheets to update inventory in bulk
* Repricing software
* Wholesale product sourcing, including researching new products to sell, lead generation, gathering contact information, and placing information into a CRM
* Data entry
* Amazon advertising
* Basic bookkeeping with Quickbooks Online

We are looking for a long term, part time VA with a promise of at minimum 20 hours per week with the idea that as we grow, you shall grow with us into a full time employee managing a small team of VAs.

Your day will start at 5pm Pacific Standard time.

Your typical day will consist of:

- A short call or conversation with a US based team member to go over tasks for the day.
- You will then work on listing creation, mainly for eBay. You will take the products that have been listed on Amazon that day and make sure they have a corresponding listing on eBay. We use listing mirror for this and it’s very easy, however you will need to double check that all of the proper information is moved over from Amazon to eBay.
- You will then upload our “eBay exclusive” items to eBay by pulling listing information from Amazon and creating a new eBay listing. We will provide you with photos and condition notes to copy over. These are items that we fulfill directly from our warehouse and are only listed on eBay.
- You will update and categorize all products on a Shopify site.
- Next you will check our repricing app to make sure that our listings are competitive and make adjustments as needed.
- Next you will work on tasks from the morning call, and administrative work needing finished for our following business day.
- Finally, with the rest of your time, you will work on finding us leads on new products to source at wholesale. You will analyze amazon data for products that meet our requirements, find the manufactuer and contact information, and add this information to our CRM tracker.

We need an individual who is highly organized, attentive, and loves e-commerce. You will work 5 days per week, 4-5 hour shifts (with possibilities of moving you to a full 7-8 hour shift)
