JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a web building master? If so join our team in this part-time role with flexible hours building the future of our company. We are in need of a Shopify Specialist. You will be our Webmaster in charge of everything from the front end, to the back end, and everything in between. If any part of the above job description makes you nervous, please don't apply.

MUST HAVES:

1. 5+ years programming experience, with at least 1+ year using Shopify.
2. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in liquid programming, CSS, Coding, etc., and provide a list of websites built for other clients.
3. Creative mind for the website design and style and willingness to create website layout.
4. Great understanding and proven experience in coding and creating websites for SEO.
5. C1 or C2 Level English.
6. A Home office with reliable internet connection and a webcam for video conferences.

NICE TO HAVES (not required, but if you have any of these extra skills let us know!):

• Experience driving website traffic through blogging, social media, etc.
• Experienced in setting up and implementing Sales Funnels.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

• You have 5+ years Front-end Development experience.
• You have at least 1 year as a Shopify & Liquid experience.
• You have a portfolio of quality, self-coded responsive web projects.
• You are a wizard at creating captivating user experiences through today’s leading technology stacks.
• You have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, general web functions and standards for all platforms (desktop, mobile, etc.).
• You have a strong passion for front-end architecture as well as driven attitude towards learning new web technologies.
• You have excellent ability to convert mockups into interactive digital experiences.
• You have demonstrated proficiency in hand-coding (not WYSIWYG) HTML using semantic markup, and CSS layout / positioning.
• You have experience using JS Frameworks (jQuery, etc.).
• You have a solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions.
• You have great attention to detail; in order to demonstrate this please start your application with the phrase “I love web development!”
• You have excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• You have a good understanding of conversion rate optimization or data-driven product development (analytics, a/b testing, etc.)
• You have experience integrating dynamic content solutions with AJAX or API Upgrade to see actual infoPENSATION:

• Make your own hours! However, hours will be tracked via Husbstaff, and you must be willing to use this software to track your work.
• You will be hired for a 7-day probation period where you will be paid $150 USD via PayPal at the conclusion of the 7-day trial period.
• If you pass the trial period, we will pay up to $10 USD / Hour for top talent.
• We are looking for someone to work 10~30 hours a week, hoping to build a long-term partnership.
