T-Shirt Designer 5-10 Designs per Day (150 to 300 designs per Month) on Long Term Basis

Hello Rockstar Designer!

We have a steadily growing Apparel business. Therefore we want to also grow our Design Talents Team.
This Position requires a graphic designer to produce illustrations. We want good quality designs. This is a long-term opportunity where’s potential to produce hundreds of designs.
Your first task will be to produce about some test designs. First we’ll send 2 or 3 design ideas. We have a look at those designs and if we like them we'll send further design Upgrade to see actual infoually we will know the quality you can deliver at around 10 to 15 designs.

You will have to produce original/unique illustrations. After your initial batch of 10 we’ll judge if we would like to give you the opportunity to work further with you.


LONG-TERM...
...we expect autonomous work, where you take ideas from our spreadsheet and work on your own without a lot of back and forth. Which means we reduce communication and you work creative within your own boundaries of expertise.

Ideas for shirts will be provided to you through a google sheet. We will sometimes include a URL of other designs we want you to improve. This could be to take a text based design, and create an illustration around or a design and create a better version of this.

Working details:

Designers needed to work for 2$ per design and less if the designs are basic or bulk orders. When we receive the first designs we will decide if we want to continue working with you.

{*****VERY IMPORTANT****} You’ll provide a .PSD or .AI file and WE OWN THE RIGHTS to the designs. You will not use it elsewhere on the internet. Any designs, images or fonts that are infringing on Intellectual Property (IP) or Copyright will NOT be accepted. Keep in mind to provide all the sources of your fonts and also if you use vector images, that they are royalty free and you provide information where they are from at all times.


Skills Needed:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
You should be willing to create 5 to 10 designs per day or about 150 to 300 designs per month. You must have a good internet connection to do the Skype interview and do Feedback rounds to improve our work together.
You must know how to use Google Drive/Sheets, Slack and other basic software and should be able to communicate well in English.
If you don’t match the above criteria, please DO NOT apply. Also we want to have you for a longer period, if you want a short time gig, don’t apply either.
