Inside Sales Rep and Outbound Call Manager

Opportunity to join a small but growing real estate investment company as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR).

This is a salary part-time/full-time work from home position where you'll 1- received inbound calls from our marketing and 2- make outbound cold calls to homeowners.

You will be qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our local outside sales representative.

Requirements:

Must possess solid phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone - both cold and warm calling (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask)
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage our sales CRM system and calendar
Comfortable with technology- video conferences, google voice, google drive, etc
Willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis
