The client is a business coach to women who wants to grow her online coaching business including her podcast, her blog, youtube channel. Looking for a VA & Social Media Support person (or both in one) who speaks English fluently. The person needs to be heart-centered, driven, great work ethics and looking for a long term opportunity.
Tasks to start with:
-Rework transcripts that are done by a software (about 80-90 correct) correct them, create podcast show notes out of transcript as well, get 3 key points per episode (this is about 2,5-3 hrs a week)
-download finished podcast episode from FB once it's published and upload onto youtube, including headline and description and using tags in a smart way that it matches the episode but also helps youtube channel grow (approx. 1-1,5 hrs a week)
-post 3-6 posts on IG (content provided) with using best hashtags to help IG followers grow (approx 0,5-1hrs a week)
-research speaking opportunities for podcasts, summits, interview, media or live stages (approx. 1 hrs a week)
-plan travels and finds best deals
- proofread posts, sales materials, website (1-2 hrs a week)
-....+ more to come if that is in place.

addition when the above is in place:
- Develop and implement a Social Media Marketing Strategy to help grow the follower and audience
- Write blurbs for social media postings
- Upload and monitor results in Social Media Sites
- Analyze the success of social media posts
- Create ads for social media
- Continuously conceptualize ideas for succeeding postings
- Collaborate with the client to achieve best practices and other innovations to implement
- Document all tasks, processes, and systems put in place (this is so that other team members can cover if on leave)
- improve SEO for blog articles and website and podcast
- Support with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned such as but not limited to researching about companies or individuals that can be included on the marketing list, graphic design requirements and development of eBooks/workbooks

Minimum of 3 years proven experience in Social Media Marketing and management
• Advance proficiency in various facets involved in Social Media
• Excellent skills in using Social media sites and various Apps related to them: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In
• Strong English communication skills
• Content writing skills and experience
• Background in creating and editing graphics designs using Canva, Photoshop and the likes
• Creative and able to conceptualize fun and engaging posts that combine texts and graphics
• Reinforced home office set up that is backed up with contingency measures
• Fully capable computer and internet set up with ideally a 4GB RAM computer and a 3mbps internet subscription
• Able to work efficiently alone and with a team
• Great team player with a good sense of humor.
• Disciplined and observes deadlines carefully
