PHP Laravel Senior developer / Technical project manager Job application

We are looking for a talented technical project manager/senior Developer. You will be responsible for managing our 2 software applications.

Responsibilities:
As a member of our small but growing team you will be wearing many hats and be involved in all stages of the development and maintenance of our projects. Your key daily tasks will include:
? Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
? Review software code for quality and suggest changes.
? Develop complex features and support junior developer if required.
? Maintain sprints and tickets using GitHub.
? Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
? Report and escalate to management as needed.

Requirements
? Highly skilled and experienced in PHP programming for websites/software development.
? Expertise in PHP Laravel framework. >> Expertise in a similar framework (Zend, Symfony, etc.) will be considered
? 5+ years working experience as a software project manager/Senior PHP programmer.
? Expert in HTML/JS/CSS.
? Expertise in React, Vue.js and/or Angular
? Excellent analysis, problem-solving and communication skills.
? Experience with GIT repositories and AWS

Education:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a plus
? Professional PHP development experience is a plus
? Prior experience with health information systems or digital records is a plus

Work hour : We are looking hire Senior developers for half time (20h/week), full-time (40h/week) considered with regular weekly working hours

Salary: Can$ 12–18 /hour, depending on skills and experience. We will start with a trial rate for the first month
