Experienced Content Writer - Flexible Part Time Work

I'm looking for an intelligent writer with a strong command of English and basic SEO principles, preferably with experience in writing for high school students. We are looking to create detailed study tips for difficult high school courses such as Advanced Placement courses. You may also be a very creative researcher who is used to having to investigate and learn different things quickly from reading forums of different communities (i.e. Quora, College Confidential, etc). The successful candidate for this position does not need an understanding of any specific topic but should be an outstanding researcher and writer.

Our goal is to create comprehensive lists of tips for students to excel on their different high school exams.
Think of these like "last-minute" articles that students will read the night before an exam.

These articles will include section headers for the different aspects to the test. For example, for AP US History, there will be a section for tips related to the DBQ, general tips, or tips related to the multiple choice section. We want to help students stress less for their exam!

We will include notes on different articles that already exist that we'd like to be better than, as well as broadly mentioning related keywords we'd like incorporated into the article.

What you will do:
- Research deeply on the subjects we want to create tips for -- from YouTube to Forums to the actual test maker
- Compile helpful tips in an organized and fluid way that is easy to read
- Write 2000 to 5000 word articles on these different topics (the lengths vary); the goal will be for you to write one every week.

The ideal candidate:
- Has a high command of English (C2 preferred)
- Has a great education background (law and business students preferred, or candidates with long writing histories)
- Ideally a former teacher or educator is preferred
- Is highly resourceful and can identify past study tips from researching into different forums of students and parents
- Is highly responsive (48 hour response times is a must)
- Is welcome to feedback and improving their writing.
- Is familiar with basic SEO keyword writing
- Is looking to write 20,000 to 25,000 words a month. I pay $.008 a word, so typically it is $Upgrade to see actual info your proposal, include a writing sample of previous content writing you have done, including what keywords you were targeting then.
