Wordpress redesign based on WP Genesis Theme

We have a website that needs a total update from base Genesis theme and is to be customized to our business niche. We built the site on WP Genesis theme/stock child theme and now want to build it up further. Our needs beyond just Wordpress coding/design skills:

Ability to help us design based off of goals
Ability to think of a website as a business objective/tool to help drive success
Proven ability to accomplish a redesign

We understand there are plenty of skills for WordPress development (html/css/js, etc) but we need someone to help us translate our ideas processes into a winning business site.
