Back End Developer

Your main function of the position will be to work on all of our client's website's page speed, security and load time.
Looking for an experienced back end developer to do the following:
Main and primary task - work on all of our client website's page speed and load time. All other tasks are secondary to this role.

Additional Tasks:
-Secure websites
-Page Speed Optimization
-Fixing errors and warnings
-Website Design
-Back-End Website Maintenance and Performance
-Front End


Required skill level:
Strong communication skills (English is mandatory)
Proven work experience in web programming
Solid knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript
Solid knowledge of the WordPress environment: Theme development, Plugin development
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
Good understanding & experience with MySQL
Must have a solid understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, web security, &, development best practices,
-communication is done through Google Hangout Chat
-you need to be organized as the team is counting on you to deliver the results on time.
