Responsibilities & Details About The Role

As Messenger and SMS Marketing Associate with Chronos Agency, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our latest direct-response marketing solutions for our Upgrade to see actual info clients using Facebook Messenger and Upgrade to see actual info Marketing.

These channels are new and unique to the Upgrade to see actual info presents just as much challenge as opportunity for you to create value for our clients.

You will be provided with training and mentorship that you will need to excel in this role. However, you will need a strong sense of perseverance to power through a steep learning curve and a dynamic start-up culture.

Your ongoing responsibilities will include the following:

Strategize & formulate Messenger/SMS marketing strategies for e-commerce businesses

Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot the aforementioned strategies

Sales-oriented + brand-building copywriting

Collaboration with our graphic designers to produce quality campaign artwork that aligns with our clients' brand style

Analytics recording and evaluation

Make decisions based on data to optimize strategies on a monthly basis

Manage marketing automation tools such as OctaneAI, SMSBump, and others on a daily basis.

Work with collaboration software & tools such as Google Drive, Active Collab, and Slack.

Requirements

In order to hit the ground running, you must meet the following criteria:

You must have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

You must have an interest in the e-commerce industry

You love writing to sell

You love taking on challenges and learn new skills quickly

You must be able to pick up new software quickly

You are a proactive self-starter who constantly finds new ways to improve your performance

Excellent writing and proofing skills

Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and time-management skills


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

eCommerce marketing experience not required but great to have

Design skills a bonus

Basic data analysis skills (understanding of split tests and logical problem solving)
