We are looking for someone that loves people and is able to charm and support our clients & help move potential clients through the sales process, by getting their calls booked. ROLE:
Your job will be to support the to assist the CEO & Project Manager by assisting with clients and serving as a support liaison between members of the fulfillment team & the customer. You will also be responsible for acting as an appointment setter/sales assistant & connecting with our awesome potential clients. You are responsible for assisting with client communication, managing delivery timeframes, and assigning work to team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documenting processes in Process.st
- Supporting clients in Intercom (chat & email)
- Lots of follow up phone calls on all sales contacts in our Sales CRM to get them scheduled for their next appointment via Calendly or GCal.
- Updating content in clients' WordPress sites
- Administering our Facebook groups (vetting & personally welcoming users)
- Identify recurring client issues & foster conversation with the team to further streamline internal operations
- Collaborate with other team members as necessary to ensure client questions and support requests are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Call & email existing clients to ensure we are supporting them and helping them move through our process.
- Helping to set up online events
- Assist US-based team members with data entry & calls

RESULTS:
- CRM Inbox is kept clean and all leads are followed up promptly
- Communicate daily with the CEO
- Increase client satisfaction and retention rates


REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have excellent written & spoken english
- Must enjoy learning software tools & be able to do so quickly (we use a lot)
- Fast internet & good computer equipment
- Quiet background
- Nice audio headset & several years experience in customer service.
- Wordpress Knowledge
- Webcam for team Zoom meetings
