WordPress Developer - Full Time (Remote)

Our company is looking for someone to build custom WordPress websites for us as well as working with Thrive Architect.

***This is a Remote Position, meaning you will work from your home***

We’re looking for 8 hours of work per day Monday - Friday to start with potential to advance to a management position.

If you are looking for a job that will give you the ability to work on the cutting edge of WordPress Development, then this is a great position for you.

Position will require you to build custom WordPress Themes and build and modify pages with Thrive Architect. The rest of the day (no more than 2 hours, but no less than 1 hour a day) will be spent on training, reviewing your work and improving your skill set.

You will be expected to work in a team environment from all over the world. Our team uses Slack to communicate during the day. We also use Accelo and Asana for project management.

Ongoing training will be provided. We are here to help you succeed.

Here are the qualifications we're looking for:
> Candidate must be fluent in English, both oral and Upgrade to see actual info exceptions. Our primary market is US but we also have clients in UK, Canada, and Australia and you may need to interact with them from time to time.
> Good working PC or Mac with really good internet connection.
> Good working headset that works with your PC or Mac for team and client meetings.

Programming Languages
> HTML 5 - REQUIRED
> CSS 3+ - REQUIRED
> Javasript - REQUIRED
> jQuery - REQUIRED
> PHP - REQUIRED
> SASS - PREFERRED
> Node.js - PREFERRED
> React.js - PREFERRED

Databases
> SQL/MySQL - REQUIRED
> Cassandra - OPTIONAL
> Firebase - OPTIONAL

Additional Experience Preferred
> Experience with Thrive Architect and the Thrive Themes Plugins
> Experience with Gravity Forms
> Experience with GeoDirectory plugins
> Experience with Memberium plugin
> Experience with WordPress Rest API integrations
> Experience with with React and other Javascript languages
> Experience with Multisite and Multinetwork setup (HUGE Bonus)
> Experience with WooCommerce

Position responsibilities would include:
> PSD/Adobe XD to WordPress Theme
> Build Custom WordPress Themes using our proprietary framework (training provided)
> Build or edit pages using Thrive Architect
> Creating documentation to add to our growing knowledgebase
> Great attitude in dealing with customers. We keep our people happy, customers and staff, but some of the people on the phone can be negative to deal with.
> Must be focused, flexible, optimistic, great attitude, and willing to grow with us. Need to be able to take initiative and improvise as needed, as we change and improve our systems regularly.
