Looking For A Virtual Assistant

Hello,

We are looking for a VA to run a variety of different tasks. We are a brand creating content about dropshipping/ecommerce online. Also, we run some e-commerce/dropshipping Upgrade to see actual info can be beneficial for you not just to earn money but also to learn a lot different aspects of e-commerce along the way. There are certain skills that are a must, but we will also provide tutorials, so as long as you are keen to learn it should be fine.

We are looking for someone to work part time to begin with and then after some period hopefully you could work full-time with us. Minimum 20 hours per month.

There will be a lot of simple tasks, however, we are looking for someone who has basic Photoshop skills(just changing texts and images), has good English skills and good internet as you will need to upload some images.

We would like to have virtual meetings with you from time to time via Skype.

Here are some example tasks you will need to do:

- Editing text images with Photoshop (You only need to change text and pictures, it can be learned in 5 minutes)
- Compressing and uploading Images to Wordpress
- Finding well performing blog posts on a certain topic
- Find companies/blogs/influencers for a specific niche and emailing them
- Creating spreadsheets of businesses emailed and date of emailing
- Answer certain emails with pre-written responses. Some emails might need some extra non pre-written answers
- Completing SEO parts for blog posts on Wordpress back-end
- Finding necessary pictures for instagram and scheduling them out using our provided tools
- Editing links on Wordpress

These are just some example tasks, but we can need a lot of small or bigger things for day to day tasks.
We are using Asana and Hubstaff to manage all the tasks.

When applying please tell me any relevant experience you have and how well you can use Photoshop, and if you know how to use some other softwares(Wordpress; Mailerlite; Hubstaff, Asana…)

The salary rate is $2.5 per hour. Which, if you end up working full-time would be $400+ per month. If you do a great job after sometime you could expect some bonuses.
