High Quality, Extremely Professional Website Required! (in wordpress)

I need someone who is extremely capable ability to make a beautiful, elegant website that looks very classy. They will need to design the logo and model the site after another one I have in mind.

The site needs to be super clean (white) with accent colours and built in wordpress. The site template has already been selected so should be easy for the right person.

I want it to look super high class with the primary background white to show of the coloured diamonds. also to have an understanding of SEO so that they can implement the site and we get really good traffic.

The site will need to have an opt in as well to collect emails and first names. When people opt in they receive a free pamphlet explaining about coloured diamonds, a how to trade booklet and specialized forms as a free gift.

It will also have a place where people can list their diamonds to sell and I can list diamonds that i can sell.
