The Business Development and Social Media Coordinator will make Business Development propositions, promote BRIGHTERS Services, manage and produce all content for BRIGHTERS’s Social Media channels, including
DUTIES, RESPONSABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
? Works with the Managing Director to develop BRIGHTERS Business Development
? Works with the Managing Director to develop annual social media goals and objectives for BRIGHTERS
? Develop BRIGHTERS’s websites platform and synchronise them
? Produce website content including (products review, blogposts…) and manage the website back-end
? Produce and post hebdomadary promotion ads, posts for all social media channels
? Drives followers growth and engagement with a variety of different content storytelling tactics including organic and paid posts, video, graphics, photography, blogs, etc..
? Develops and maintains social media editorial calendar for the organization
? Provide regular reporting along with key recommendations for improvement
? Monitor all official BRIGHTERS’s Social Media channels, manages comments and engagement, and provides timely feedback/response when required
? Ensure that all communications create a consistent BRAND PROMOTION and visitor’s retention
? Leads all photography and video ads needs for social Media
? Provide social media support at all BRIGHTERS event
? Create and design branded graphics and digital assets to support all BRIGHTERS’s communication and events
? Provide additional project management and support to other team member
? Performed other related duties assigned by the Directory
? Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing IT, journalism, or another area of relevance to the ACM/Alamo mission.
? Experience managing and reporting analytics for all major social media channels.
? A strong understanding of what makes a power/eye catching hook of a post; a powerful narrative and how it is best repeated across audiences and platforms.
? A strong writer and excellent communicator. Ability to write, edit and post content and copy.
? Training and experience in how to tell a story using words, images, or audio and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience.
? Experience designing websites and managing the back end
? Experience creating compelling messages for different audiences.
? Proficient in Word, blogging platforms, and posting to social networks.
? Basic understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, web publishing, and web analytic tools; proficiency with social media marketing applications and social media monitoring platforms.
? Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, managing multiple projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
? Strong team-orientation and professional attitude.
