REI Researcher / MLS Real Estate Investor Office Assistant

We are looking for a real estate assistant who is very experienced with doing comparable research using the MLS.

We are located in Florida USA.
Your job will include...

Run accurate comparable Upgrade to see actual infon comparable research based on current MLS Upgrade to see actual infon comparable research based on MLS sold properties.
Have extensive experience with MLS research.
Have experience working for real estate investors.
Be familiar with the term ARV.
Be able to communicate effectively with MOTIVATED SELLERS
Write offers for purchase of Upgrade to see actual infond multiple contracts per day.
Be familiar and able to write quit claim deeds.
