JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is 21C Jewelry Solutions, business consultants to the Jewelry industry based in the United States. We are passionate about Jewelry, and help our clients sell their products on Amazon and other online e-commerce websites. Our e-commerce division is looking for a PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME Marketing Campaign Optimization Assistant who can create Amazon Sponsored Products ads and Sponsored Brands ads (formerly known as Headline Search ads), and occasionally Google AdWords campaigns. The Marketing Campaign Optimization Assistant will monitor campaign performance and do analysis, and independently take action to assign keywords and negative keywords, and change keyword bids and campaign budgets, in order to yield maximum sales revenue from clients’ advertising investments. The Marketing Campaign Optimization Assistant will also use an app called Ignite (by Seller Labs) to optimize existing campaigns in order to improve performance.

JOB DUTIES
* CAMPAIGN CREATION: Take an Excel spreadsheet that lists groups of products for Ad Groups and Campaigns, and set these up within Amazon's Seller Central app on an Automatic setting: set bids on keywords; set budgets for the campaigns that meet the client’s overall ad budget; and set other settings dynamic bidding.
* CAMPAIGN CONVERSION: After a few weeks, duplicate these Ad Groups and Campaigns in a Manual Setting, and identify keywords to assign to these new Manual campaigns as both positive and negative keywords. You will need to do this with 3 approaches: 1) Analyze Amazon Search Terms reports to identify good keywords to add, and add them directly within Seller Central; 2) Ase online keyword research tools and your own intuition/judgment and command of the English language to identify good synonym keywords to add, and add them directly within Seller Central; 3) Analyze Ignite reports and use their Suggestions to take action on specific keywords.
* CAMPAIGN OPTIMIZATION: Weekly thereafter, use Ignite to analyze how to improve performance of campaigns by changing keyword bids, and also add new keywords and negative keywords using the 3 methods described above. * Once you are experienced, we may ask you to take a look at a client's products for sale and choose products for Ad Groups and Campaigns Upgrade to see actual infote: You may occasionally correspond with the client via an email alias we will set up for you, if you need clarification about the items in a campaign, preferred budgets or budget limits, etc.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have...
• Excellent written English skills with accurate spelling and good syntax
• Experience creating and optimizing Sponsored Products campaigns on Upgrade to see actual info, including optimizing campaigns to below 15 percent ACOS
• Experience creating and optimizing Headline Search campaigns on Upgrade to see actual info, including optimizing campaigns to below 15 percent ACOS
• Experience creating and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• An understanding of SEO and how search engine relevance works
• Experience doing keyword research, using online tools
• An understanding of keyword identification and optimization techniques and bidding strategy
• The ability to generate and analyse Amazon Advertising reports
• Past clients/employers for the above skills who could provide us with a reference or letter of recommendation directly via email
• Ability to read instructions in English and follow those instructions
• Knowledge of jewelry design details; good English vocabulary related to fashion and jewelry (or willing to learn this vocabulary)
• Attention to detail to be able to spot and correct discrepancies
• Experience using Google Drive, Dropbox and other online file storage tools
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including using Track Changes, Comments, and assigned tasks
• Ability to accurately estimate time needed to complete tasks
• Reliability to meet deadlines
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks as priorities shift, while still meeting deadlines
• Ability to estimate when a deadline is not possible to meet, and to let your managers know with several days’ advance notice
• Proactive communication with managers about any needs, roadblocks or issues with meeting deadlines
• Ability to track and report hours by job/client

PAY STRUCTURE
This job does NOT pay hourly or a salary -- it pays based on the number of marketing campaigns you create, or convert from Automatic to Manual, or optimize weekly. The more efficient and thorough you are, the more potential you have to earn! Note: if you do an incomplete job, we will ask you to do it over again so it is satisfactory before we pay you for that work.

We will pay you by wire transfer monthly.
