We are a young and dynamic digital marketing agency looking to build a support team in The Philippines. We are looking at initially employing a Digital Marketing Specialist who will work offsite but on a full-time setup between 9.30am to 6.30pm (Philippines time) Monday to Friday.

Job Description:
A young and dynamic digital marketing agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will work closely with the foundation team to deliver campaign results for the agency’s clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years digital marketing experience in a digital marketing agency with hands-on experience with SEM / Social Media Management
Well versed in performance marketing with experience in digital programmatic media planning and buying, including content
Experience in planning and managing SEM, paid social and display advertising campaigns (Google AdWords, GDN, LinkedIn,
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics) and translating data into actionable insights and recommend optimisation tactics for greater results.
Experience in optimising landing pages and copywriting skills a bonus.
Well organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively under minimum supervision, in a fast pace environment.
Possess valid Google AdWords certifications.
Possesses good written and communication skills
Passion for all things digital and marketing.
Ability to think strategically.
Ability to work with diverse culture.
Responsibilities:
Help manage and execute SEM, Social media marketing, and all paid media and search activities.
Perform daily optimisation of campaigns, budget allocation, bid management, ad creative and landing page testing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation.
Track and prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports and dashboards with data obtained for regular updates on content performance and inform stakeholders of campaign results. Recommend campaign optimisation tactics and follow
Assist in gathering and sharing data and insights on digital tools and platforms to develop campaign strategies.
