JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US based healthcare company seeking to employ a dedicated Customer Service Representative.

Position: Full-time
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Your job would include:
- Maintains schedules of doctors
- Answering the phone for our company
- Call clients to schedule appointments based on doctor’s availability.
- Respond to email, voice and text messages
- Input data into our system
- Gathers documentation as needed for completion of client medical services.
- Have a very high level of responsibility and professionalism, especially when communicating with clients and completing the work quickly.
- Participate in conferences with management team
- Have an initiative and good in selecting and explaining the best solution to solve a problem.

QUALIFICATION:
• Applicants must have clear and professional English speaking skills
• Must have reliable high-speed Internet connection
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers
• We prefer someone who has at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service projects/tasks.
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
• Must be very dedicated, committed and passionate towards their work - someone has the right work attitude and ethics
• Available during US PST business hours: must be comfortable working graveyard shifts!
• Minimum College Grad / college level
