Answering Service Operator

Great English communicator. Will be speaking to potential to existing clients of the company, doing follow up calls during company office hours.

Experience in call scoring an Advantage.

Full-time position. $300 monthly.

Technical Requirements: backup generator, wired headset, remote monitoring software will be installed on designated computer and set to auto-start at login for compliance purposes, PC compatible headset with microphone, PC must be connected to ISP (internet Service Provider) with a Ethernet cable

Hours:
Split: M-F -- 8 PM - 12:30 AM (4 1/2 hrs); 7 AM - 10 AM (3 hrs) ; Sat 10 AM - 7 PM (9 hrs) no Sundays

All hours are EST.
