4x Virtual Assistants Required for Rapidly Growing Singapore Start Up in PropTech Space
Are you a superstar Virtual Assistant? We need ambitious VAs to quickly grow with us!
You will directly report to and assist the CEO in all administrative, technical, coordination
and support roles.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' full time experience as a Virtual Assistant
in the following capacities:-
Office & Administrative Duties:
- Act as Personal Assistant to the CEO by gatekeeping, managing calendar, assisting in any ad hoc tasks etc.
- Do all Data Entry tasks like updating records, online filing, updating MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint Files etc.
- Provide Administrative Support like arranging/confirming new meetings, booking meeting rooms, sending
calendar invites, confirming attendance, providing timely updates, following up after meetings, effectively
communicating with staff, vendors & customers etc.
- New Customer Onboarding
- CPanel setup with GoDaddy
- WordPress setup & testing
- CRM configuration, setup and testing
- HTML coding where required
- Liaise with external vendors for all services and products (providing specifications, receiving input)
- Coordinate with internal staff on all pending tasks, tracking milestones, communicating instructions etc.
- Project Management for timely delivery of services by effectviely managing staff, vendors and customers
- Project Coordination to ensure all deliverables are satisfactorily completed by effective communication
with staff, vendors and customers
Customer Support Duties:
- Provide prompt
- Provide prompt Phone Support (via Phone calls, WhatsApp) during office hours 9AM-7PM
- Provide prompt Technical Support (via WhatsApp) during office hours 9AM-7PM
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service to each customer by being attentive, actively listening and empathising
- Regularly collect and relay all Customer Feedback to the CEO
