JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a seasoned and experienced inside and outside sales representative to bring on to my growing Real Estate Team based in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area in the United States.

Responsibilities Include:

-Making sales calls to current list of leads. (Inside)
-Making "cold" sales calls to generate new leads.(Outside)
-Responding to emails
-Scheduling listing and buyer appointments for the realtors
-Maintain a CRM/database to keep track of the leads.
-Consistently follow up with the clients
-Following scripts
-Maintain the realtor's Google Calendar for appointments set
-Familiarity with up to date programs like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides and Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
-Excellent time management skills
-Bachelor's Degree Preferred, not required

Job brief
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide sales support to our team while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various sales related tasks, including calling current list of leads, cold calling new leads, scheduling listing appointments and buyer consultations, maintaining a database/CRM for the appointments that were set. Strong internet connection is required. Strong command of spoken and written English also required. Applicant should also be able to complete a video interview, as video conferencing will be one mode of communication between the VA and the employer.

Ultimately, this will be a results driven position with incentives for hitting specific goals.


Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees administrative queries
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
