Designer

I am looking for a designer for my T-Shirt Business. For the start I would like to have 50 designs/month. These designs must abide by copyright laws and regulations and must be original Upgrade to see actual infosigns:
4000 x 4000 px, 300 dpi , RGB , PNG and the Photoshop-data for further development.
For the first month I am willing to pay $1/design, depending on quality possibly more.
