Accounting Assistant

Work for a fast-growing organization in the US automotive manufacturing industry with more than $50M annual revenue.

The organization is looking for a full-time Virtual Accounting Assistant (Finance/Accounting), who will be providing technical finance and accounting support for the organization.
Required skills:
• At least 5 years work-related experience
• Background in US GAAP is a plus
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing industry
• High level of understanding with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation
• Experience in using Quickbooks is highly preferred
• Experience in using BigTime is not required but a plus
• Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Detail-oriented, quick and eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills

Only Full-time (40 hours/week) applicants will be considered for the Upgrade to see actual info OTHER JOB COMMITMENT.
The successful candidate will be expected to make themselves available between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Hourly rate: $3.25 per hour, subject to salary increase after successful completion of 3 months probationary period + monthly allowance
