Social media manager and lead generation for real estate broker

Real estate broker is looking for a Social media manager with experience in real estate. Hours and holidays are flexible. I'm also looking for someone hard working, attention to detail, honest and with a positive attitude, just like our team.

Experience I am looking for:

* Post real estate content on social media including Facebook, Instagram, 2-3 times a day on twitter,
LinkedIn and YouTube with hashtags to grow in likes and followers.
* Edit content and find blogs for our real estate website.
* Updating website from time to time.
* Knowledge about creating content for real estate leads on Facebook and Instagram.
* Reaching out to realtors to join our team with ads and organic traffic.
* Must have good grammar in English for posting content.
* Creating adds and using Photoshop or something similar is a plus.
* Online marketing is always changing, we want someone that will help us to always be ahead of the curve
and competition.
