We are seeking the services of a well spoken English language telemarketer who can call expired listings, For Sale by owners, attorney's, probate heirs, neighborhood calling around listings. If you have a great voice and accent, and can hold people's attention, we would like to hear from you.

-Good internet connection
-Make Skype calls to US Upgrade to see actual info and Mobiles.
-This is a great opportunity

-Hourly rate and bonuses. I will require applicants to call in the US for a phone interview so I can evaluate your skills and your equipment. If successful, The right candidate may be chosen as a team leader with expanded responsibilities. The ideal schedule would be: (all time are in Pacific Standard Daylight time: Monday-Friday: 8:30-1:30 pm or a combination of 3pm-8pm pst monday- Friday.

-power interruptions or computer crashes Or if you have a lot of noise in the background such as babies crying, dogs barking or roosters crowing If you wish to end a contract in few weeks because someone else has offered you 50 cents more per hour After a test period of 1 month, this will be become a 6 month contract, renewable every 6 months and in fact the right contractors could be working with us for many years

$20 per listing contract
$100 paid once the deal is closed!
