We are looking for a part-time/ full time excellent Content Writer with SEO & Social Media Abilities

Your work will be highly visible and critical to our brand and Upgrade to see actual info partnership with your colleagues and with the support of a customer experience team, you will help deliver stellar digital content to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What will I be doing?
• Lots of writing & lots of editing!
• Ensuring that external content aligns with brand, style guides and organizational objectives.
• Working with Product to ensure that content is relevant to current offerings and up to date with market trends & technologies.
• Aligning word use, page tagging, descriptions, titles, navigational elements, etc., with SEO/SEM efforts and customer needs.
• Conducting analysis and making recommendations on the addition of new content & content related efforts.
• Reviewing and editing Social Media posts ensuring correct tone and adherence to social media guidelines
• Playing a critical role in realizing a SEO roadmap that will put TTI on the path to best in class customer support and knowledge.
• Contributing in any capacity that can be reasonably expected of you experience, skills, and qualifications.
