Chat Support Agent (12 AM to 7am EST)

We are looking for Chat Support agents who are willing to work on weekends to accept incoming chat inquiries coming from our website and the websites of our clients. Our ideal candidate must possess STRONG written American English and has a robust experience as a chat agent in the sales industry. The duty of the Chat Support agent is to entertain customer inquiries, gather their contact information, and provide information about products and services. A multitasker, he or she should be able to create online quotes while entertaining customers in multiple sessions at the same time. Our chat agents are enjoying lucrative incentives for leads gathered.

Our chat service operates 24 hours and we have an empty slot at around 12am to 7am EST. While it is expected for the agent to be around this time, he or she should be willing to cover some hours in cases of a colleague's absence, high volume, etc. He or she should also be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
