Job Description: Curates top-notch, high-end digital experiences.
This position is responsible for every aspect of social media, from initial planning + creating of daily posts, interacting with followers on various social media platforms, learning and implementing specified visibility and lead generation strategies.

Along with presenting ideas for increased follower engagement, assisting in creation of posts, serving as a point of contact and providing outstanding customer service through direct messages with perspective and current clients, assisting live on group calls or Facebook live events, to evaluating success of the social strategy with CEO afterward. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled and experienced in Social Media Marketing and content writing/editing, well-organized and competent in self-management. Great communication verbal and written skills (American, English), excellent customer service and prompt response time are key to success in this position.

Your goal is to plan and execute a social strategy that exceeds the CEOs expectations and supports a seamless experience for clients. This position requires flexible availability and enhanced social media skills can lead to long term and additional hours with demonstrated successful performance + track record.

Areas of Responsibility:
- Collaborate with CEO to create social media strategies to support company goals, programs and brand exposure.
- Coordinate all logistics for social media, including drafting and pre-scheduling posts, finding sourced + creating original appropriate quotes and memes, planning posts around company promotions, creating facebook groups, monitoring all inboxes and comments (including on the website, facebook, and instagram) and other tasks as needed.
- -Seek out group forums for daily visibility and lead generation and engage with potential ideal clients.
-Create prospect lists from sourced groups and other companies to invite to our company groups and programs and for collaboration with other high profile Influencers.
- Moderate group forums, including requests and posts.
- Manage group program social media communication with clients (Including posting reminders, discussion topics, and follow ups).
- Edit, upload +program videos on youtube channel. As well as for use in newsletter, blog and social media posts as needed.
- Co-create with CEO and edit content for blog and newsletter.
- Set up/program and schedule blog post and newsletter in contact management system.
- Provide support during live social media broadcasts and group calls when called upon.
- Seeking long term work relationship with ideal candidate to add to my support team.
-PT 20hrs/week at $2.00/hr. Based on candidate's demonstrated successful performance of assigned tasks, adding value to company goals and working well with CEO this position could turn into long term opportunity with more hours.
