ARE YOU A GO GETTER VA? Virtual Assistant Experienced in Shopify & Facebook Moderation Needed

You will be responsible for helping make our customers ultra happy and successful…a positive attitude is a must!

You will also help in every possible way when needed… when fires break out, everybody grabs a bucket, from the dog to the CEO!

Most importantly someone who would be honest and work exclusively
on our time for our company and be a TEAM PLAYER.

And wouldn’t you know it, we do offer you a 13 month pay as part of our salary package!

Here's just some of the criteria that you must meet:

-You have your own space and own a good computer with high-speed Internet
connection.

-You have the time to work as part of our team Upgrade to see actual infoTE: if you are already employed and will not dedicate the time
to this job exclusively, please do not apply)

- You can speak write and read excellent English.

- You can work from home without distractions.

-You are familiar using Slack/Dropbox/ Google Docs (Drive-Google Sheets-Docs-Calendar)-Gmail

-You have at least 1 year experience with Shopify administration.

-You have experience with Facebook Fan Pages Moderation.

-You have experience handling customer service emails.

-You have experience responding to customer inquiries/ requests via email using HELPSCOUT (or similar help desk software)

-A plus if you have experience with placing orders in AliExpress using Dropified App

- A Plus if you have experience with listing products in Shopify.

SCHEDULE:

Looking to fill two shifts night and day.

(Flexible hours/days based on 24/7 schedule)
8 hours a day shift-U.S business hours (Eastern Time)

There is a 30 day trial period on a part time basis.
4-6 hours a day-US Business hours. Full Time -After 30 day initial trial period evaluation.
