VA for Mortgage and Personal Business

Looking for an experienced, reliable, honest & hard-working loan assistant.
A Michigan Mortgage Company is looking for an experienced, reliable, honest & hard-working Loan Assistant. Someone who wants to be close the front line, but not on it. A person who enjoys helping people...but wants a dependable salary and not a commission. Mortgage experience is preferred, but not a must. We will train the right person with the right attitude and mindset. if you are not yet licensed. A positive attitude is a MUST to work with our family-oriented team. PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AT THE BOTTOM TO INQUIRE.

You'll be performing these main roles in our business:
1. Phone, email & database manager (you must be good on the phone)
2. Marketing including Social media marketing
3. Developing spread sheeting and follow up systems
4. Communication with processing team
5. Communication with clients, Realtors, title companies, and other 3rd party vendors

Chances are you :
are excellent on the phone with clients & business partners.
are organized and detail-oriented.
know your way around the internet & can pick up new software without breaking into a sweat.
are computer savvy and like to set up systems that make an office run more efficiently.

You need to have . . .
1. at least 1 years mortgage experience or professional office experience or real estate experience.
