JOB OVERVIEW

Execute the day-to-day tasks of supporting the team leader and selling agents to maintain and grow the business. Role includes marketing, administration, recruiting and client services. Provide outstanding, professional, friendly service to clients, vendors, and team members. This is not a sales position. Part-time, M-F, occasional evening/weekend work as needed. Must be able to work during our normal business ours.

Marketing Execution:
Manage social media marketing
Update websites with new listings/sales data/images/content.
Manage client touch points, monthly mailers, including crafting hand-written notes on behalf of team leader.
Plan and execute monthly client/community events.
Execute a manage client Perks program.
Execute marketing programs for listings including just listed/just sold postcards, ordering floor plans and illustrations, coordinating with marketing to get assets printed and delivered, maintaining listings on syndication sites (Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist)
Create and coordinate printing & mailing programs: property statement, neighborhood “farm,” sphere of influence mailers, just listed/just sold. Knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus.
