IMPORTANT: **Note: This is an OFFICE-BASED Upgrade to see actual infoT HOMEBASED! Our office is located at Timog Ave, Diliman, Quezon City near GMA and ABS-CBN**

The Social Media Moderator will act as the main link between our potential customers, business clients, and management. The position will field enquiries and resolve customer concerns, emails, posts on our websites; as well as manage & answer enquiries, complaints, and comments on all social media (including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). The role also requires interacting with customers in behalf of the organization and become the voice of the business to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and to providing accurate and timely information to all customers, ultimately converting potential leads into sales by giving them a stellar customer service experience.

Job responsibilities:
- Social media monitoring across all platforms
- Responding to all enquiries, comments, and questions on the social media platforms and websites with a half-hour response time
- Answering live chats on the websites
- Endorsing leads or potential customers to the managers
- Identifying any potential issues that may result in negative brand exposure and bringing these to the attention of management.
- Protecting the brand image and increase the brand loyalty with our customers.
- Reviewing user content and escalating or flagging as necessary.
- Taking the lead on the comments being made as they come in, promoting post engagement using your replies, and producing material for comments as required.
- Taking full responsibility for your accounts and on how information is handled and gathered.
- Understanding and promoting our brands to our customers ensuring our standards are consistently met, with a good understanding of our competitors.
- Taking part in daily/weekly meetings to ensure all departments have the latest communications.
- Developing new accounts.
- Maintaining and managing online reputation of all the accounts.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be familiar with tattoos, piercings, and other body modification processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related course
- Comfortable to work on graveyard shift (we operate 24/7)
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies set by the company.
- Experience with social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube (and the ability to engage with audiences and followers through these channels is an advantage)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience in the customer service industry or in a similar role
- Solid conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Must be capable of multitasking, working autonomously, and must be able to demonstrate initiative
- Must be willing to work in Timog Ave, Quezon City
