Project Manager

We have clients who produce video content. I need that content repurposed and distributed to various sites. I'm looking for someone to do the entire repurposing or manage several people doing some of the pieces.

Ideal candidate must have their own computer, standard software, stable internet and electricity, and able to create audio from video and familiar with many of the site I'm listing on the picture below:

NOTE: this picture is several years old and some of the sites may no longer be valid. I'm looking for someone who has stayed up on technology and can suggest other site for this strategy.

Here's a picture of what I need the project manager to handle. My client will produce the video and it needs to be distributed to all these sites. Do you have experience with any of this? If so, tell me how you would accomplish this.

If you send me a response that says "I've been building websites... I've been doing email marketing... I've been doing whatever" and do not address the picture of repurposing my clients content, you're NOT the person I'm looking for.
