Established California based commercial insurance agency is seeking a experienced B2B appointment setter to be part of our team for a long-term project (several years) 20 hours per week, $3USD per hour to start plus $10USD bonus for each confirmed appointment.

- Appointment Setting experience/Outbound Sales Calls Experience.
- Super-savvy internet user.
- Outstanding verbal (American English) and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- You enjoy speaking with business owners and thrive on engaging prospects off script in a professional, ethical manner.
- Familiarity with the use of Soft phone
- Data Entry for CRM
- Noise cancelling Headset (USB)
- Laptop or Desktop (owned)
- DSL/ Fiber Connection with minimum internet speed of 5mbps
- Calm, quiet work-at-home environment
