Partner Account Manager

Our Business Model:
We work with US & Canadian citizens to run joint venture Facebook advertisements. To do this we need to connect with & create relationships with normal people that have Facebook.

We pay them for the utilisation of their account to run our advertisements.

Overall purpose of the role:
Put simply you will be following a specific process to set up Facebook pages, ad accounts, managing partner expectations, payments & conduct so that the account remains usable throughout the time it is live.

The purpose of the “Partner Account Manager” is to set-up our partner facebook pages & ad accounts. This is inclusive of creating Facebook posts and writing simple copy for them.

After set-up of the account you will be expected to maintain consistent contact with the partner and make sure they are holding up their end of the agreement.

There may be extra tasks required of the partners and it will be your responsibility to communicate this to them and answer any questions the partner may have.

If they are holding up their end of the agreement then you will be responsible for making sure they are paid at the beginning of each week.

Should a partner need to be contacted urgently you will be expected to contact them via phone / WhatsApp / messenger call and solve the issue.

To succeed in this role you will need to be on-call for emergencies and be proactive in making sure everything is stable and working as intended.

This entire process will be managed through our CRM Hubspot and the utmost attention must be provided to strong record keeping as you move clients along their stages of account readiness.

Success in this role will look like managing the various pieces of technology necessary to make consistent posts, following up leads quickly & efficiently, maintaining strong relationships & communication throughout and above all else - achieving a high conversion rate from lead to Account Partner.

Our business is quickly growing and for the right candidate there is a career progression path through to Director of Partner Operations. A management role currently fulfilled by our CEO that oversees the entire end-to-end process including lead generation, conversion, account set-up, on-going account management & payments management.

All necessary training & support will be provided for the right candidate to bring them up to speed.
Once you understand the process you will be expected to film training videos on each component using Loom and organise these appropriately.



Employment Details:


Working Hours:
Monday - Sunday
Minimum 4 hours per day, with alternate weekend shifts.
Flexible Work Hours + on-call as / where necessary.

Total: 40 hours PW (overtime available)

Payment:
- Salary - $500 - $700 / month.
- Base Rate dependent on experience, skillset & quality of English

Requirements:
- An internet connection that can reliably handle video conferencing
- A phone that can accept call forwarding

Responsibilities:
- Follow the process for creating simple content necessary to populate a Facebook page
- Follow the process to set-up a facebook page & ad account
- Follow the process to make alterations to ad account over time
- Follow conversation template & communication system to maintain consistent contact with all live partners
- Followscript template & use initiative where necessary to communicate efficiently via phone calls
- Maintain highly accurate records within Hubspot to track the progress of leads through stages of account readiness
- Escalate issues to management whenever you encounter an issue you can’t solve or haven’t come across before
- Follow the process to set-up new email accounts when necessary
- Follow the process to set-up new proxy servers when necessary

Necessary Skills:
- Experience in customer service role of some sort previously
- Near perfect written US or UK English (9/10+)
- Great spoken English (8.5/10+)
- Great communication skills
- Proven experience using Microsoft word & excel
- Proven ability to follow a process
