Partner Recruitment & On-Boarding Manager

Our Business Model:
We work with US & Canadian citizens to run joint venture Facebook advertisements. To do this we need to connect with & create relationships with normal people that have Facebook.

We pay them for the utilisation of their account to run our advertisements.



Overall purpose of the role:
Put simply - In this role you will be calling potential job applicants, screening them & setting Upgrade to see actual info some cases the leads may have gone cold so your job will be to remind the applicant what they applied for and make sure they are interested in a call back from our head of recruitment.


Our business is quickly growing and for the right candidate there is a career progression path through to Director of Partner Operations. A management role currently fulfilled by our CEO that oversees the entire end-to-end process including lead generation, conversion, account set-up, on-going account management & payments management.

All necessary training & support will be provided for the right candidate to bring them up to speed.
Once you understand the process you will be expected to film training videos on each component using Loom and organise these appropriately.

Working Hours:
Typical working hours: Variable, US - EST timezone

Some weekend work will be required as / where necessary.
Flexible working hours available for the right candidate

Total: 10 - 25 hours PW. Potential for full-time for the right applicant.

Payment:
- Commission per closed lead to be negotiated
- Base Rate dependent on experience & skillset.
- Base Rate between $3.00 - $5.00

Requirements:
- An internet connection that can reliably handle video conferencing
- A phone that can accept call forwarding
- Looking for long-term position with growth potential

- Eagerness to solve problems and figure out new solutions

Responsibilities:
- Following up warm leads to set appointments.


Necessary Skills:
- Experience in customer service role of some sort previously
- Good written US or UK English (8/10+)
- Near perfect English (9/10+)
- Great communication skills
- Proven experience using Microsoft word & excel
- Proven ability to follow a process

Beneficial Skills:
- Experience working with ‘Google Suite’ & Google ‘Drive’
- Experience working with ‘Trello’
- Experience working with ‘HubSpot’
- Experience working with ‘Harvest’ time tracker
