Human Resources Admin and Executive Assistant (Mid Shift 4pm to 1am PH Time)

Rank Friendly is looking for a rockstar admin who will assist us in Human Resources, Recruitment, and other Administrative tasks. The successful candidate will liaise with the Top Management and various project teams covering three time zones (India, Pakistan, Philippines, and the United States) and will mainly report to the Process Excellence department to assist project management.

We are a New York based digital marketing company and we do not adhere to the "Employment-at-Will" type of relationship with our staff. We treat them as family and we provide whatever means to make everyone work comfortably as much as we can for as long as they are fully dedicated to us and they deliver the tasks at hand. We are looking for someone who has the following experiences:

- Has a background in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences (A Bachelor's degree holder is a major PLUS!)
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resources (Payroll, Time and Attendance, Compensation and Benefits, Staff Requisition, Digital Assets Requisition)
- At least 2 years experience in Recruitment (Onboarding, Offboarding, Training, Hiring) with robust experience in assessing people via interviews and tests
- At least 1 year working remotely
- Proficient in Google Suites applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Proficient in Upwork and Onlinejobs.ph recruitment platforms
- Proficient in Pipefy
- Fluent in written and spoken English
