Video Editors

I have some small power point slides and I have some audio files from a text to speech website.

I need a person that is capable of creating videos where the audio file is playing and the powerpoint is moving along with the words.

I have a dozen videos to begin.

I would like to know what your per video rate would be for something like this?

Please advise
