Creative Social Media Manager

Creative Virtual Assistant
We are looking for a creative assistant to join our team. We are a new business managing different online e-commerce brands. We need someone to curate and create content for 2 of our brands on Instagram and Facebook. You will also reach out to Influencers in our niche about promoting our products and creating a progress report in Excel to keep track of promotions.
One of our stores sells hair extensions and the second one sells skincare products.
Your role:
- Managing two very different social media pages
- Using photoshop/Canva to create marketing posts for Instagram and Facebook
- Curating posts from various social media platforms in line with our brand
- Hashtag research and creating captions independently
- Schedule regular posts in advance
- Find influencers and email them to promote our products
- Update Excel sheets with influencer information
- Organise work into designated folders
- Creative person who understands social media
- Excellent understanding of Instagram and Facebook

The ideal candidate is
• Someone who is willing to learn
• Very organised and can use initiative
• Preferably interested in Hair & Beauty
• Attention to detail, every post must look pleasing to the eye
• Excellent research skills
• Experienced with using Instagram and Facebook for business purposes
