Junior Marketing VA

Job Description:
We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant with 2+ years experience in Data Entry & Web scraping, Wordpress blog management and preparing SOPs. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines with multiple competing priorities.

Schedule: 15 hrs/week - Flexible (M-F)
Salary: $275/month

Details of the Responsibilities and Tasks

Data Entry and Web Scraping
Accurately entering information into various computer programs
Comfortable with data extraction not limited to but including web scraping, verifying that the extracted information is correct and document parsing.


Update Web pages
Posting/updating events to web pages
Adding banners to ad rotations (training will be provided by client)
Blog management - publishing/scheduling blog (content will be provided)


SOP Documentation
Creating step-by-step information on how to execute a task, projects and other company processes.


Skills and Experience Required

Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in updating web pages and publish blogs using Wordpress
Excellent in manager Google docs and other google apps
Experience in using Active Campaign (Big Plus)
Strong attention to detail
