JOB OVERVIEW

Ads Manager (FB & Funnels)

- Familiar with FB Campaign Objectives: Traffic, Conversion, Engagement, Lead Forms

- Has experience in installing and growing the FB pixel (Creating custom audiences, lookalike audiences, custom conversions, manual bidding, and retargeting)

- To read FB ad manager data and make changes on a daily/ weekly basis depending on the data

- Available and attentive for changes (ex. Test new copy, run for a week and report results)

- Can make detailed reports about ad performance

- Has basic understanding of the loans/ mortgage industry

- Creating landing pages with Clickfunnels

- Integration and experience with Zapier, any CRM (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Infusionsoft, etc.)

- Has experience running and managing conversion ads, with at least average understanding on how to keep the lead quality high and lead costs low and consistent

- Have at least a year’s worth of professional experience with conversion-focused Facebook ads

- Knows their way around team management platforms (Asana, Trello, or Teamwork)

- Preferred: FB ads experience in the loans, mortgage, or real estate niche

- Preferred: above average English proficiency

- “We have videos for extra training, as well as templates and criteria, we just need someone to implement, someone smart, and someone who is NOT a newbie on FB ads.”

+ $900/month 40 hours full time, flexible hours, mainly working during Central day-time hours

+ 90 days evaluation, increase of responsibility and rate to $1000 upon regularization

+ one-year private life and health insurance

+ profit share possibility at 6 and 9-month marks.

The chosen FB Ads Manager will be working closely with Cody Baker and his team. Cody Baker is the Founder of Mortgage Convert, a company that helps mortgage leaders develop automated marketing and follow up systems so they can close more loans while working fewer hours.
