Could you be the one?

We’re looking for a virtual assistant who is ready to grow and challenge themselves.

This job is not for everyone. We don’t like wasting time - your time included - so before you apply, answer these 3 questions first.

If for any question, you answered NO, then this isn’t the job for you.

So now that you’ve gotten some insight on the type of people you’d be working with, here’s what your job will look like:

- Do research (on a wide range of topics)
- Work with spreadsheets and documents
- Create detailed SOPs (with screenshots) based from videos
- Schedule appointments
- Post blog content via Wordpress, Shopify, Wix and other blog platforms
- Monitor and schedule posts in social media particularly Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram via Buffer and/or Hootsuite
- Send out Newsletters given through the usual mailers such as MailChimp, Aweber and the like
- Sort out email inboxes according to guidelines given
- Contact people via email and social media
- Learn new software as necessary
- Plus do things you have no idea how to do. So you have got to learn new tasks as they come along and figure things out.

You’ll be working at most 8 hours. But this is not your regular 9 to 5 job. We’re more output based. If you finished your tasks early on, say you’ve only been working for 4 hours but you’re done with your tasks - then we’re all good, you’re done for the day. But of course we expect that what you put out is high quality work.

This is a remote position so naturally:

You need a computer and a reliable internet connection to do your work
