ATTN: Looking for a PASSIONATE and TALENTED Social Media Marketer ( FB Ads, Email marketing, Instagram Ads, etc)

We a small company looking for a talented social media marketer to join our team, with experience in Social Media Marketing (Facebook Ads, instagram ads), as well as email marketing—and possibly other similar/related tasks.
We are seeking someone who is self motivated, with a love for new challenges, and a fast paced and fun working environment, who shares the same desire as us for mutual growth and high sales! (We are willing to give Bonuses based on results! via smart smart marketing)

** Please note that this is not a starting position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years marketing experience with social media platforms (facebook, instagram and possibly other advertising platforms) as well as email marketing with mail chimp.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
-This is NOT a sales rep position, it is a marketing position, you must know how to make a marketing strategy and implement it.
-Must be able to do market research to find out what is relevant in a niche, and possibly find new products for testing
-Must be able to choose interests for Facebook ads that will generate the most sales with your marketing strategies, as well as develop winning, look-a-like and super-targeted audiences
-Must be detail oriented
-At least 2 years experience with Facebook Ads
-You MUST be creative and communicative
-Must enjoy a fast paced environment, with the ability to work without constant supervision
-MUST have great problem solving skills and aggressive approach to problem solving
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required (We are Canada based)
-Must have fast internet connection (fiber internet), and you own computer/laptop
-Someone who is happy with $3/hour to start, part time and with bonus and commission opportunities (We are more results oriented, and of course we prefer quality over quantity, but we will require CONSISTENCY)
-Someone who is willing to take initiative to bring us to the next level!
