JOB OVERVIEW

Manage loan applications through lodgement, approval, and documentation processes to settlement and set-up. Attention to detail and ability to work closely and harmoniously with banks, financiers, solicitors, and our clients is of paramount importance to ensuring the rapid and safe passage of our customers’ loan applications.

1. Lodgement of new loans via online application portals (Mercury)

2. Ensure all approval and documentation processes to settlement are reached (refer to excel
spreadsheet for time line)

3. Maintain accurate records and database maintenance on Mircosoft Outlook and ‘Your
Client Matters Website’ using ‘lead sheet’ and ‘follow up’ sheets

4. Ensure appropriate compliance to FBAA and ASIC requirements for client files e.g privacy declarations signed.

6. Filing of client files, bank literature and other MISC items.

Minor Duties

General office administration duties including correspondence, filing, telephone, reports,
banking, purchasing and invoicing etc

2. Entry of clients into the ‘Your Client Matters’ newsletter competition.

3. Communicate relevant information to loan consultants via email, post and phone

4. Coordinate appointments with clients and consultants as necessary – particularly the follow up appointments after settlement, annual settlement and ‘next property purchase’ dates.

Experience with loans processing or similar administration related work would be an advantage to the applicant.

Knowledge/Skills Required

• Proficient computer skills, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Outlook, Internet

Hours Required –

Monday – Friday – 9am – 6pm Brisbane Time (2 hours head of Philippines)
