Hours: Office Hours are 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM EST Monday through Friday, with some weekend check-ins.
Pay: $5/hr take-home after all expenses (we pay fees).
Must have experience with property management.
Must be able to use phone systems and make quality calls during EST hours without background noise.
Must have excellent spoken English.

Job Responsibilities
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
• Coordinates and manages resident move-ins / move-outs including processing applications.
• Exceeds resident satisfaction with high quality customer service;
• Monitor the building performance, leasing velocity, market trends, and property budget noting any and all issues or concerns.
Job Qualifications
• Assist residents with day to day tasks, as a part of the community’s concierge program.
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Customer-focused approach

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• High-energy and enjoys a fast paced environment
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
• Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
