JOB OVERVIEW

I'm seeking someone who's highly proficient in Excel to help build an Excel model to run what if scenarios regarding real estate investment. This multi-sheet model will utilize charts and graphs to convey the data visually as well as numerically to make it easy to understand. There may also be some VBA used as well.

I do have some screenshots of another model and some video presentations to guide the individual in building the model and to understand what numbers and information are needed. Also, all sheets will need to be formatted to be visually appealing with color, bold/italic/underline font, various size fonts and spacing.

The ideal candidate will be able to show past work involving similar such models and preferably have a background in real estate investment, market analysis, finance or other such areas of expertise utilizing critical analysis.

Pay will be based on experience, hourly pay is preferred. My estimate of the hours needed to complete this is between 60-120, but will depend on the individual.

The ideal candidate will be available during normal US EDT for a once per week conference call to discuss the project. All other communication will be via Slack and email.
