JOB OVERVIEW

We are an online ticket marketplace where music fans can safely sell spare tickets, we are based in Melbourne, Australia.

We are looking for a tech-savvy customer support executive who can help our customers with technical issues (as well as general questions).

The candidate must be tech savvy - an advanced PC user who knows how to use all basic tools. If the candidate knows basics of stuff like Photoshop or HTML - even better.

Good written English is essential. All support is provided online only through a ticket Upgrade to see actual infoerest in music will be considered a great merit. There are growth opportunities since we are a young but quick growing startup.
